Thank you for your interest in the 2009 Harnett Regional Agricultural Fair.

Please be assured that we will make every effort to advertise and promote the fair in order for you to get maximum exposure.

We have a map (coming soon) of the inside rental spaces available. Spaces are on a first-come first-served basis. The following list is space size and cost (also see the tent layout map) - prices cover all five days:

We will make every effort to accommodate your choices of space(s).  However, the Fair Manager will have the option to move spaces if needed to give your product maximum exposure or to improve public access.

All vendor booths must be decorated to reflect the season.  Decoration supplies will be available for purchase. Vendors are eligible to compete in a booth appearance competition.  If you would like to compete, please sign up on the 2nd page of the contract.

Please sign the contract that you download and return with proper payment as soon as possible to ensure choice of space(s).
